Project Manager - Solothurn - Up to 650 CHF per day - 6 month plus contract
An exciting opportunity has become available for an Engineering Project Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based out of their headquarters in Solothurn. This position requires an experienced Project Manager with experience managing Engineering projects, preferably in the healthcare/medical devices industry, who has a successful history of project delivery and holds the ability to motivate a team and handle more than 1 project at any given time.
Responsibilities:
To manage the projects in accordance with Company objectives, guidelines and compliance regulations
To manage multiple projects being rolled out currently
To manage a team size of up to 10 project personnel and drive business and project delivery forward.
To promote and maintain interdepartmental relationships throughout the entirety of all Company departments
Monitor are coach the project team members to ensure that this objective is met.
To report project life cycle and progression to seniors throughout the company
Requirements:
Education - Academic degree in relevant engineering discipline. (Relevant courses in GMP, project management, process/design excellence and personnel management)
Experience to be not less than 2 years in industry of which not less than 2 years in pharma/medical industry.
Highly focused, excellent communicator, fluent in English, German is advantageous
Non Technical Skills and Additional Details:
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and oral
Result driven
Excellent social skills
Team player
Able and willing to work in a complex organization with highly detailed rules and regulations
Computer literate
Able to work in a global organisation.
