Randstad Professionals is actively looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their banking client in Zurich, Switzerland. The project aims to change and broaden the client's customer service channels.
The role of the jobholder will include but is not limited to:
-Over viewing all current streams (IT platform and Business platform)
-Building up and running the program office
-Developing change concepts (including conceptual work)
Requirements
-experience with change management
-experience with multi channel management
-Project management experience
-Background in Customer Service (like call centers) preferred
Duration: 1 year contract with possible extension
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Start: ASAP (1 month notice period acceptable)
Workload: full time 100%
