SUMMARY:
Project Manager is responsible for deploying various improvements, including completion of the roll out of TechStops (End User Technology Support Centers) at multiple sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and Document roles and responsibilities for TechStops
Develop, Create, and Coordinate the completion of necessary tasks of SCH Tech Stop including branding and Inventory to keep and display
Follow up on each and every TechStop task and escalate to Sponsor if things are not progressing/delays occurring
Identify Key sites and TechStop locations working with WorkPlace Team Tech Leads.
Coordinate deployment of same feel and look to other sites (Penang, Krakow, Brazil and other major sites )
Gather requirements for loaners/spares for the TechStop and procure them working with sponsor and tech leads
Develop necessary TechStop process on loaners, follow ups etc and communicate ( Converge adoption )
Communicate progress to stakeholders
Develop necessary processes to monitor the TechStop service ( Metrics and reporting )
Recommend adjustments as necessary based on adoption and feedback
Develop project schedule based on project template and input from Global Program Manager, Global Operations Lead, Build Manager, BSA, Change Manager, and the Program Test Lead
Review project schedule with stakeholders
Determine project release dates with BSA and customer
Manage project schedule throughout the project life cycle
Host project status meetings and other meetings as needed; distribute meeting minutes (Additional meetings associated with every project include Project Kick-off, Go/No Go, Roll-out Planning, and Deployment Checkpoints)
Create weekly status report; present status at project review meetings
Manage project artifacts in Google Drive
Support the Program Test Lead in issue escalation
Manage project decision tracking
Manage project issues, risks, and action items
Manage and/or track all project communications as required
Coordinate creation of change requests; submit for governance review
Coordinate creation of release roll-out plan
Assist with delivery of a quality project

- Successful coordination, planning, execution, monitoring of future Desktop support evolution projects like Tech Stops etc.
