Introduction:
Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ) . So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

MAIN TASK:

-Project Manager is required to drive a global business change in the marketing area. Specifically, a digital asset management system is rolled out and now the marketing teams in various countries around the globe are required to start utilizing the digital asset management tool to share their marketing material and creation with the rest of the globe.
-The position will involve working with business customers, identifying their needs, creating training documentation and offering training to the business to execute and coordinate the business change management piece of the overall project.
-The system is to be rolled out into UK, France, Germany, Brazil and the US in close cooperation with the business.
-The main focus is on getting the product managers and their external agencies up to speed on the new business process and ensuring they are adequately trained to do their job with the tool.

In general the Project Manager will be responsible for two projects:
-First project: Onboarding of a pharmacovigilance Business Unit onto the Digital Asset Management tool
-Second project: System Deployment & Training of the Digital Asset Management Tool for several Business Units

Requirements:
-Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Asset Management Systems
-Pharma-experience
-English is necessary

Nice to have :
-PMI qualification
-Experience in GXP/Validating Systems
-Experience in training
-Business process workflow in Marketing
-Experience with Widen is a plus (The Digital Asset Management Tool in place)
