This international market leader are developing their North Dublin facility in order to ensure their staff have best in class systems at their disposal. As a result of continued investment in the site, they are looking for a Project Manager to deliver a key Payroll and HCM system implementation.
As the Project Manager you will implement Workday HCM and Payroll systems locally and the integrate them into a Global environment. Working to tight deadlines, you will track key deliverable and work closely with an internationally dispersed development team. This is a hands on role in a complex Matrix environment where you will showcase your proven delivery and implementation capability.
To be considered as the Project Manager, you will have proven experience implementing HCM and Payroll systems, ideally but not essentially Workday. Previous instances working in a Matrix environment in a control focused and regulated industry will be a plus. You will be a strong Project Manager who is happy to work in a hands on manner with a focus on ensuring key milestones are met and exceeded throughout the process.
