PROJECT MANAGER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Finalize design the end-to-end process based on the decisions taken so far at program level
- Coordinate the people involved in this process: Credit risk management, operations, process management, Retail Sales (credit experts and Business Credit Center) and MidCorp Sales
- Implement proposed changes to processes, tools, documents, policies, roles and responsibilities
- Define and implement change management and roll-out plan
- Regular and pro-active status reporting of Deliverables, timelines and budgets to Program Manager

CAPABILITIES:

- A master degree, or equivalent by experience
- Relevant experience in Business Process/Project Management (process management, statistical analysis and solution development, business architecture, )
- Good knowledge of the bank's operations, procedures and governance aspects
- Good knowledge of project and process methodologies (Green Belt, BPM, Prince 2, Six Sigma, Lean, IFW, ) are considered as an important advantage
- Affinity with IT and the legal aspects of operational risk management
- An excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with Lending is an asset
