PM, with extensive experience in IT Project Management is now required to join my client in Dublin
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Manages and represent the project from start-up to completion.
Plans and organizes the project, allocate internal and/or external resources to accomplish project tasks.
Assumes responsibility for achieving the project objectives.
Manages quality, timeliness and cost of the deliverables.
Maintains control over the project's status and budget.
Reports project status and issues where help is needed to the Steering Committee.
Complies to the project management methodology ("ICE") and GxP where applicable
Facilitate communication between Requestor and GIS
Initial assessment of the project needs.
Alignment with GIS architecture.
Project charter preparation.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS/MEASURES OF SUCCESS
Achieve agreed targets in terms of quality, time and cost
Adhere to defined management and delivery processes for IT projects and other policies relevant to the project scope
Ensure delivery of project results according to agreed quality, schedules and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction
Lead the assigned project personnel to jointly achieve a high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
BS or MS in Business Administration Computer Science or Engineering would be an advantage
extensive experience in IT Project Management.
IT Service Management experience (ITIL - Change, incident order management, etc.) preferred
Good awareness of IT Services in general
GxP knowledge preferred
Experience with MS Office Tools, MS SharePoint and MS Project
Team work in a challenging IT environment
Ability to work in an International as well as multicultural environment
Good written and verbal communication skills
Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
Ability to deal with variable workload
Demonstrable cooperation skills within a global Matrix organization.
Outcome-driven mindset.
Budget management and negotiation skills
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Diploma or University Degree
ITIL certificate
Preferably experience with RFI/RFP/Business cases/SOW/Project charters
