My client, a Public Sector Organisation, based in the North West are currently looking to recruit an interim Project Manager to join on an initial 3 month basis (extensions likely).

The work will be centred around the procurement and contract negotiation of a new Housing Management Company, who will manage and maintain all aspects on the organisations existing housing stock ie Rent Collection, Customer Services etc...

The successful candidate will have previous experience of handling all aspects of contract negotiation and supplier selection within a re procurement exercise. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a dynamic and forward thinking organisation that are already viewed by leaders in their field.

Key Skills:

*Procurement experience is a MUST
*Public Sector background would be highly desirable
*Due to the nature of the work a PM with prior experience of housing provider procurement would be a distinct advantage
*Strong written and verbal skills
*PRINCE 2
