We are looking for a project manager for one of our major client. He will be working on projects relating to the software components used for the exchange of electronic documents.
The project manager will be involved in the full project lifecycle of the development of software components as well as in the implementation of these components in specific projects.
S/he will be responsible for:
* Manage the pre-project discussions providing proposals for project strategies and roadmaps, requirements follow-up, planning, definition of tasks and risk definition.
* Manage the development and implementation of projects to deliver identified service needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.
* Manage the evolution of the software components beyond the individual projects through the definition of strategies and roadmaps and subsequent project planning including definition of tasks and deliverables, risk analysis and management, quality control, issue tracking and organization and problem reporting.
* Prepare and maintain project and quality plans and track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate monthly and weekly reports as requested.
* Estimate and monitor costs, timescales and resources for each of the individual projects as well as for the resources as a whole.
* Organize and lead project progress meetings as well as meetings held with prospective clients.
* Define, manage and maintain team and project processes.
* Define, manage and/or maintain project and software component resources including wikis and project documentation.
* Provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly developing their skills and experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Knowledge of:
* Knowledge of project management methodologies.
* Abilities expected in:
* Participation to multi-lingual meetings.
* Preparing and giving contextualized presentations to the stakeholders.
* Ease of communication.
