Projektbeschreibung

* Project planning, management, monitoring, and reporting (both internally and to external stakeholders such as Department of Business Innovation and Skills, Skills Funding Agency etc)
* Organisation of the employer consultations and steering groupsensuring there is sufficient representation for developments to be employer led. Having clear agendas and supporting documentation to ensure development activity has a clear purpose and can be progressed efficiently, and in line with any regulatory or policy requirements.
* Managing all development activity through a team of qualification development specialists, including programme accreditation, developing kite-mark quality standards andassessment plans, and course materials development.
* Working with the Academy Provider Relationship Manager, organising provider screening processes to enable the industry to select suitable specialist providers to deliver the developed programmes, in line with existing quality standards.
* Working with the Head of Marketing to inform programme launch plans.
* Identification of the specialist resources required to deliver the different development phases, and managing these to a clear brief. This may also include the procurement of external consultants where specialist requirements cannot be met internally.

Project Management

* Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring these are delivered effectively and efficiently across the business and managed to deliver against all milestones, outputs, and targets.
* Ensure all required project management documents are in place for each project and are updated regularly.
* Minimise our exposure and risk across multiple projects.
* Manage scope and mitigate risk across projects.
* To supportively manage internal and external resource as required to deliver the project plans.
* To gain best value and service fromsuppliers including managing external resources to build a positive experience of working with the Academy.
* Budget management
* Complete internal and external reporting as required.
* To ensure that processes and ways of working are standardised across all development projects as much as possible to ensure efficiency, and that learnings are implemented across all projects.
* Ensure that colleagues across the business understand what project priorities there are, how they are required to play their part and what resources will be required
* Devise and implement new initiatives to enhance and improve the effectiveness and delivery of corporate objectives
* Undertake other roles and responsibilities as directed, to ensure that the business and operational priorities of the Company are at all times effectively delivered
* Identifying and building links with organisations where there are wider business benefits or opportunities
* Encourage a culture of communication, trust, team working, accountability and ownership across the organisation
