PROJECT MANAGER - CONTRACT - 6 MONTHS
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services.
As an IT Software Project Manager you will be responsible for managing ongoing releases and business change on a CRM platform for one of our key strategic divisions.
As Project Manager your skills and experience will include:
- Agile Project Management experience and relevant PM qualifications
- SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE OF SDLC IMPLEMENTED BY THIRD PARTY VENDORS
- SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF THE SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT PROCESS, INCLUDING REQUIREMENT GATHERING, ANALYSIS/DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT TOOLS/TECHNOLOGIES, RELEASE/VERSION CONTROL, CONTEMPORARY TESTING METHODOLOGIES AND DEPLOYMENT MANAGEMENT.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
- Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions, then document, present and gain buy in from senior management.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Ability to communicate with all functional areas of the business and IT
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Ability to operate under a dual reporting relationship (internal business and IT)
- Strong problem solving skills
- 7+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE MANAGING SDLC, BUSINESS CHANGE AND COMPLEX EXTERNAL VENDOR RELATIONSHIP
- Ability to define the ongoing operational approach, including support, maintenance and business as usual processes.
- Preference for PMP and Agile Scrum Certification
