Project Manager

SUMMARY:

- Project Manager position within Worldwide Talent and Organization Capability.
- The Enterprise Learning Management Systems Center of Excellence, in partnership with Business Technology, owns a portfolio of projects to improve our Learning Management System (LMS) and auxiliary systems.
- The team is in need of a project manager to provide support throughout the various stages of projects.
- KEY AREAS OF FOCUS:
- Development and management of project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and executive level presentations
- Meeting Coordination - agendas, meeting minutes, action items, etc.
- Training Development
- Updating system documentation
- Policies and Procedures, Best Practices, etc.
- User Acceptance Testing - script development, testing
- Expertise in Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Project & Visio

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 4 years experience as a project manager
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and successfully complete complex projects within defined budgets and timelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including design and development of convincing presentation and proposals
- Adaptable team player with the ability to successfully work at all levels of the organization, and deliver high quality work for both simple and complex tasks
- Demonstrated ability to self manage, identify key priorities and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems and develop solutions in a variety of situations
- Ability to partner across multiple functions to deliver the best possible solution for a client

DESIRED:

- Knowledge of SumTotal LMS
- Knowledge of Reporting & Data Analytics tools
- SAP Reporting, Tableau
- PMP Certification
- Experience managing training development projects
