Project Manager

Seeking Project Managers for industrial projects located throughout the United States. The successful candidates will be responsible for the management of a number of capital projects. Candidates must be able and willing to travel.

. Representing Owner's Interests
. Establish Project Objectives and Strategy
. Manages communications
. Commercially Manage and Control the Project Program and Owner's Requirements
. Implement Cost Management Doctrines and Facilitate Funding Requirements
. Expedite Schedule and Project Delivery
. Promote and Establish Responsibility for Construction Quality
. Qualify and Select Appropriate Design Consultants, General Contractor/CM Company and Other Consultants
. Foster Cost Conscious Mentality throughout the Construction Process
. Manage Project Risks and Minimize Owner's Exposure
. Daily personal interactions with owner team, designers, stakeholders, contractors, inspectors, and authorities having jurisdiction on the project
. Oversight and management of all program functions, facilitating the resolution of all project issues
. Overseeing program to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets;
. Coordinate interdepartmental functions in order to minimize delays;
. Meets with program team members on a regular basis to review progress and costs.

EDUCATION:
BA/BS in Project Management, Construction Management or related Engineering Field or equivalent industry experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
. Heavy industry, infrastructure and energy sectors
. Six (6) - Ten (10) years project management experience
. Experience managing project teams
. Thoroughly understands and utilizes Information Technology in the performance of their work including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite.
