Project Manager

Our client is a leading defence company, they are looking for a Project Manager for an In-Service CCS Rollout Programme in Weymouth. It is an initial 6 month contract. For this role you will need to be elegible to undergo Security Clearance.

Job Description:

To define, pla, manage and control all contracted projects and tasks within the common combat system In-Service Rollout Programme.

Additional Information

Experience:

Management of military equipment development and delivery programmes; Ideally submarine Combat Systems; Ideally in excess of £5m.

Management/Leadership within a [20+] multi-disciplinary, project team within a Matrix management organisation.

The Individual

Focassed, self starting individual who is able to to engage both with customers and the delivery team to establish clear scedule, gain commitment to deliver and resolve delivery issues.

Ability to rapidly extract issues from the reporting noise to prioritise solutions.

Degree/HNC/Certificate in Project Management/Engineering.

Specialist Professional Qualification such as APMQ.

Due to the nature of our clients work candidates will need to be eligible to undergo Security clearance for this role.
