Project Manager

For our international client in The Hague we are looking for a Projectmanager.

Start: 5-1-2015
Period: 6 months
40 hrs./week

OIL & GAS EXPERIENCE MANADATORY!

Background and Objectives

As part of our client's overall Cost Performance Improvement Initiative (CPI), our client is looking at options to cut cost in the mobility areas eg reducing monthly mobile spend, reducing number of mobile phones/devices.

As such we are looking for a candidate PM who is able work across the global Upstream IT organization.

Project Manager requested to support, manage and execute a range of activities within the Upstream Mobility Cost Saving area:

- strong and proven track record completing projects
- able to work with large variety of (senior) stakeholders and strong in communications
- data analysis work
- process background
- able to provide adequate recurring and ad-hoc reports.

Given strong organizational/political scope.
Proven Track record of Senior Stakeholder Management!
Oil & Gas experience mandatory!

Scope

Upstream CPI Mobility Cost Reduction
- Focus on the Non-novated mobility contracts.
- Manage Mobile Policy implementation (eligibility review) in Upstream
- Keeping overview and track CPI Central/Enterprise initiatives
- Monitor enterprise deployment of Mobile Policy
- Alignment with Central CPI team on mobility related initiatives
- Chase Mobile Top Spenders on monthly basis
- Recurring reporting on monthly spend, identify top spenders or any other anomalies
- Work with Upstream Consumption Team on monthly reporting
- Identify process or operational improvements and drive for implementation
- Challenge and chase Orphan Mobile Upstream Mobile phones

Focus on Mobility Cost Reduction in Upstream for the "non-novated" Telecoms Mobile contracts as well as keeping track of initiatives deployed by Enterprise.
