Understand client business scenario, provide value add to client by demonstrating improvements on project management areas

Assist and guide Leads in the team to achieve project-based customer satisfaction. Should be able to Manage SLA based delivery of Support and Enhancement work

Oversee Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure phases

Report into Client Engagement Manager for project updates

Understand, communicate and manage the overall direction of Support activities and enhancement projects to ensure that client objectives are met

Identify risks, issues and mitigations and manage these during the life cycle of a Support and enhancement projects

Communicate with project sponsors and other key project stakeholders whenever required

Ensure that the deliverables are high quality and meeting the client expectation

Maintain a positive and confident attitude when constant change occurs and responds quickly to changed priorities

Deal with conflicting demands from internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrate value through innovation

Manage and improve offshore visibility in the client Organization

5 days a week/8 hours onsite

role of consultant: Team manager of a 30+ resources team

Experience of all Project Management phases and especially managing multiple small projects

Good to have experience in at least a couple of agile projects

Must have prior exposure working with Global teams

Good in communication, very assertive, displays positive energy

Must have experience in managing teams up to 30+ people

Excellent people management skills

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Should have managed Application portfolio of diverse technologies

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
