We are seeking a PROJECT MANAGER who will be primarily accountable for managing communications, priorities and UAT deliverables for the product team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Oversees product teams creation of user stories to be scheduled and tracked for the project.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Participates in daily scrums and sprint retrospectives
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team and seeks sign-off from product heads before delivery
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes our exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Coordinate the transition of finished projects to the support group
- Manages support activities that require product teams inputs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager managing both business and technical projects
- Experience working in an Agile environment. Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner (CSM,CSPO) preferred.
- Knowledge in use cases definition and practice of structured methodologies;
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Keen attention to detail
- The ability to dynamically prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment;
- The ability to be results-oriented, a continuous learner and flexible;
- Understanding of Project management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Project or other Planning tools
- Understanding and application of Agile development and project management concepts
- Nice to have knowledge of HTML, Linux, Java, Internet protocols, relational databases, Hadoop
- Consulting industry experiences a huge plus (Project Management or portfolio management)
