ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtaining participants from Technical Architect Community for Alpha testing
Presenting to Global Cross Functional Teams for Beta testing candidates
Conducting 1:1's and working with various teams to select Beta participants
Helming Training Webinars (including finalizing master slide deck and coordination of recording by Learning Center)
Managing weekly calls throughout duration of testing and ensuring completion of action items by all team members
Coordinating Launchpad site with Technical Operations Team
Creating Extranet Workspace in Compass
Completion of all preparatory testing documentation
Ensuring Team's completion of various documentation throughout testing
Ensuring Team's compliance with proper Issue Resolution Process
Collecting equipment upon completion of testing
Presenting to Senior Leadership Team during various stages of testing
Completing all close out documents and reports

SKILLS:
Education:
4 year College degree
2 years Project Management experience
