Projektbeschreibung

The Project Manager will write, monitor and manage project plans and perform risk management, capacity planning and financial management for various projects that impact the team. They will work closely with other team members, such as communication consultants, technical consultants, analysts, Web developers, data administrators, and others to serve our clients by building relationships, identifying needs, and providing solutions that support their broader business goals.

More specifically, the Project Manager is responsible for taking over the management of personalized Web based solution site refreshes in the ongoing phase. Responsibilities include participating in meetings and/or conference calls with clients to plan for upcoming site changes, helping to consult on best practice and site content, developing schedules, coordinating with other departments and outside data vendors, updating technical site requirements, managing client refresh reviews, managing project budgets and schedules, and managing client and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Creating, monitoring and influencing project plans for various benefits projects
- Performing risk analysis and planning for assigned projects
- Monitoring ongoing risk, and reporting changes to stakeholders
- Communicating project progress to leaders and stakeholders
- Interacting with other Project Managers to improve methodology and reporting
- Financial management and reporting of the project
- Track key progress to targeted goals, and working with team to address noted deficiencies
- Utilizing integrated management methods that include business planning, metrics reporting and ongoing reviews
- Working complex problems and projects in which an analysis of the situation or the data requires an evaluation of identifiable or intangible variables as well as "systems thinking" viewpoints to identify and address unintended consequences.
- Proactively improving and promoting the quality of processes and systems to track and report business performance
- Evaluating client requests against current and future capacity
- Coordinate resources to ensure the highest priority items are handled first
- Ensuring clarity of vision to construction units, offshore teams and client delivery group

SKILLS:

ROLE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience in project management with demonstrated proficiency in effectively running meetings, establishing goals, setting priority, defining roles and responsibilities, assigning tasks, closing issues, resolving conflict, and moving projects forward
- Experience in driving results, and proven history to see downstream impacts and to navigate through them
- Experience facilitating project progress through strong listening, influencing, presentation, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent 2+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience defining and communicating technical and data requirements
- Ability to establish and manage client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to lead a team of 5-10 individuals to deliver results
- Computer skills (basic knowledge of Word and Excel)
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative and team oriented environment
- Flexibility to juggle multiple projects
- Ability to adapt to different communication styles
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
- Creativity in problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
