We are currently recruiting for a project Manager to conduct a review of an NHS Trust's baseline level of compliance with the Learning and Development Agreement (LDA) signed with external Commissioners of education.

This project is a core part of the Education Service Directorates Integrated Education Programme and will form part of its approach to achieving its strategic goals for education.

Project deliverables:
* Determine current level of compliance with standards set in the schedules of the LDA.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of education governance processes and systems and the extent to which these processes meet LDA obligations
* Gap analysis of compliance with 2014 - 15 LDA requirements
* Action plan to enable compliance with LDA requirements
*  Recommendations for future quality monitoring and reporting of LDA funded activity
* End project report/Lessons learned report

We are ideally looking for a candidate with a good understanding of delivery and management of education and training in the healthcare sector, along with a good grasp of quality assurance systems and processes.

* Background of working with senior managers and stakeholders from project initiation to delivery
* Experience of developing/leading organisation-wide business change initiatives
* Gap analysis and process modelling experience
