This PM will be fielding business development, licensing escalation questions from companies who are using both client technologies. In addition s/he will be doing some ad hoc reporting using Excel and pointing to a Dynamics database.

The individual needs to be technical enough to answer basic questions or understand them enough to route them to the appropriate technical resource. S/he needs good judgment to be able to parse out questions/emails to decipher which subject matter expert should answer customers calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated agility and the ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment
- Willingness to change directions at a moments notice with a positive, can-do attitude
- Demonstrated drive and initiative to identify, solve, and follow through on problems and the ability to act independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Ability to work with companies both in email and in conference calls
- Outstanding project and time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects at once
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, tact, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism in all engagements
- Ability to operate well even in relatively ambiguous and complex situations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to generate reports out of Excel using query into a Dynamics database preferred
- Ability to understand basics of technology in order to parse out licensing versus technical questions/scenarios
- Interest in business and licensing programs that support companies delivering digital media (eg Netflix, HBO, Comcast, BSkyB, Verizon, Samsung, Amazon)
