PROJECT MANAGER, CMMI, SCAMPI A, COBIT, VAL-IT
eCRM EURO are looking for a Project Manager with experience on CMMI appraisals of different types and scope. The ideal project manager will have hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations and also experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organisation change.
THE ROLE:
The consultant shall be requested to perform various tasks related to the ICT process maturity roadmap developed in the ICT Unit
Provide support and guidance for designing new processes and tailor the existing ones
Coach and mentor staff and managers for deploying new processes
Conduct requirements assessment for the newly deployed processes
Develop and deliver coaching and knowledge transfer to staff and managers
Create the policies to support CMMI process areas
Coordinate deployment of new processes on pilot project(s)
Conduct Readiness Reviews for performing the SCAMPI A appraisal
Plan and prepare the SCAMPI A appraisal
Conduct the SCAMPI A appraisal
Develop the long-term Process Improvement Plan based on results of SCAMPI appraisal
SKILLS:
CMMI lead appraisal certification
Training and coaching competencies and skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
University degree with minimum 6 years experience in IT OR non university degree with minimum 12 years experience in IT.
Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management of computer software construction. Practical experience with development methodologies and the system development life cycle is desirable.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a project management tool.
University degree with minimum 5 years' experience in IT OR non-university degree with minimum 2 years' experience in IT;
Experience on CMMI appraisals of different types and scope
Hands on experience in IT Governance models and implementations
Experience in process definition and implementation related tasks related to organisation change (eg: Organisation of the testing)
Experience in COBIT and/or VAL-IT principals
Experience in training CMMI principals to high level managers and experts.
Experience in Support/coach the participants of governance bodies in their respective tasks.
