Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a large-scale project in Sydney's CBD. Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex information technology projects within the Information Technology Directorate.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Prepare project initiation and business case documentation
- Prepare, review and update individual project plans to determine time-frame, funding, procedures and polices for accomplishing the project outcomes
- Identify, manage and report risks and issues throughout the project life cycle
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Ensure all project requirements and objectives for the introduction of new ICT technologies and products are documented and maintained in the relevant management databases
- Prepare budgets and tactical plans for the projects

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- 8- 10 years IT project delivery experience
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification or PMBOK qualifications or equivalent training in project management
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end large-scale complex IT projects with emphasis on information technology
- Experience in full system development life cycle
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High level management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional vendor engagement and management skills
