Essential:
- Experience of performing a lead role in an Agile development(s)
- Understand basic fundamentals of iterative development
- Experience of software development processes and procedures in a variety of delivery methodologies - Understand of backlog tracking, velocity, and task definitions
- Familiarity with common Agile practices
Project Management Skills:
- Experience of agile project management and scrum master role;
- Experience in delivering software development and systems integration projects, leading agile teams of 10-12.
Desirable.
Experience of managing developments including Java, JBoss & Oracle application stack. Experience of managing development of web-sites and web-enabled functionality
