PROJECT MANAGER HILLSBORO, OR 12 MONTH CONTRACT

The PM in this position will ensure that our client's social media and marketing processes, guidelines and policies are adhered to including those related to legal, trademark, branding and privacy.

OVERVIEW:

- Create, revise and adapt processes for efficiency and effectiveness across the social media landscape.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, internal teams and vendors regarding media and marketing projects.
- Partner with stakeholders in multiple geographies and assist them in social media deployment.
- Create and maintain social media documentation including Social Media Guidelines, content used for training.
- Collaborate with training teams and content publishers to ensure timely and accurate availability of training and publishing of governance policies and guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of project management experience (8+ years experience preferred)
- Strong, proactive communications skills (verbal and written)
- Exceptional writing, proofing and editing skills
- Familiarity with marketing tactics and creative development with a focus on social media
- Understanding of social media best practices preferred
