Here at Software Specialists, we have a great opening for a Project Manager position with a progressive client in the Morrisville, NC area.

This is a 6 month contract position.

Excellent communication skills required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Execution of EOL and/or platform adoption projects, managing execution of work with DBA/SA teams while managing client commitments and expectations
Management of project financials and resource plans against forecast and actuals
Running meetings and tracking actions for the service management function within the distributed operations team

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Proficient in MS Office suite of products
Good understanding of distributed technologies, with experience in managing EOL remediation and strategic platform adoption project
Service management experience
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
ITIL v3. and PMP certification preferable
