Provide excellent customer service - Work to understand Customer needs and requirements and respond with foresight, thoroughness and dedication. Provide best-in-class services/products that meet requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of Retail Project Management experience
- Excellent reporting
Responsibilities:
Lead, direct and manage limited resources to accomplish project objectives on time, within budget and to Supplier and Customer expectations using standard project management tools, techniques and methods. Provide direct client interface and ensure service excellence delivery.
Desired Skills:
Experience in handling globally distributed delivery teams
Experience working in retail consulting and leading retail projects delivering Oracle retail POS/BO/CO and SIM with integrations to Third party systems
