Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking for your first project of 2014? My client is one of the leading Social Housing contractors in the country and has the opportunity to take on an experienced Site/Project Manager on their Social Housing refurbishment project, based in Teeside. You must have worked on Social Housing refurbishment projects previously with particular focus and experience with external wall insulation.You must also have a valid and up to date CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.This contract is looking to begin at the early part of 2014, so would be idea for if you are finishing your current contract within the next 4-6 weeks. I will be shortlisting candidates immediately however, so please do send me your CV, so that we can begin to work on 2014!
