Yoh has an immediate six (6) contract opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER with our client in Wayne, PA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Project Managers will lead multiple projects concurrently, translating given project objectives into an operational project plan, ensuring the execution and monitoring of projects that usually span different countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and manage the project team on a day to day basis by pro-actively addressing issues and risks to deliver the project products at the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs.
- Develop a project plan and budget based on a business case, in order to have clear guidance to project execution, which is leading to expected project results and satisfied customers.
- Manage project execution, in order to cost efficiently realize project plan and satisfied customers with minimal risks.
- Ensure successful hand-over of the project products into IT and Business operations in order to support the achievement of the business benefits.
- Maintain project procedures, systems and methodologies, in order to contribute to consistent and high quality project management governance and audit. At the same time, contribute to the improvement of the capability maturity level.
- Manage customer and stakeholders expectations in coordination with respective Relationship Manager and Business Solutions members
- Represents the IT project team in the Steering Committee and reports the project status in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner in alignment to internal procedural standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Tertiary degree in Engineering, Technical or Business subjects.
- At least a total of eight (8) years of post-degree professional experience in a content based project role within the Consulting, Technology or Financial Services industry with at least five (5) years as project manager.
- Experience in delivering changes and new implementation of both bespoke and packaged solutions within the front and Back Office domains to support regulatory, business process improvement and revenue generation requirements. Exposure to the Oracle ERP/CRM suite a plus.
- The role suits a person that started with initial content rich project roles (such as IT or business analyst, lead IT architect/designer, lead developer, etc.) and has experienced a steady career progression from small team leadership into large projects management. However, this role is not suitable for content specialists but to people that can demonstrate to have fully transitioned to a leadership position.
- INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH GLOBAL/VIRTUAL TEAMS AND MULTICULTURAL ENVIRONMENTS. AVAILABILITY TO TRAVEL AS REQUIRED.
- PMI/Prince2 Project Management certification.
- A decision maker that utilizes data, meets commitments and always considers the customers perspective.
- Very good at building relationships.
- Quality driven and results oriented and ready to go above and beyond to deliver results.
- A strong team player who significantly contributes to the Company environment.
- Innovative, entrepreneurial and eager in servicing your customer.
- All for sharing your knowledge and expertise.

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Prior experience in the leasing sector is a plus.
