Were the Financial Ombudsman Service - an independent organisation set up to sort out disputes between financial services businesses and their customers. When a consumer has a complaint that they cant settle with the business, they can come to us. Were here to act fairly, reasonably and impartially - and our service is free for consumers to use.

We rely on our extensive IT systems to help us provide our vital service to our customers and keep our organisation working efficiently and effectively. This is an unusual opportunity for a project manager who can work across a large organisation like ours - getting involved in managing varied projects and using their skills and experience to improve a wide range of systems.

So what are we looking for from you? Youll have a great understanding of the full project lifecycle and be happy working with large infrastructure and development teams. Youll have experience of configuring off-the-shelf solutions - we use a range of popular software and youll be involved in making it work for us. And your great communication skills will help you manage your way through any roadblocks and keep the team fully up to date with project progress.
