Project Manager

My client, a leading Investment Management organisation is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager. This is a contract role and you will be responsible for leading, planning, managing and directing complex global projects. We are looking for candidates that can demonstrate effective project management methodologies and control techniques; strong management and influencing skills and very strong communication skills. Skills required are: - Knowledge of the life cycle of a securities trade from order through to execution - Previous experience of working for an Investment Management / Asset Management organisation - Experienced working in a face paced change environment - Knowledge of an Order Management System, ideally Charles River, Aladdin Enterprise or Eagle Investment Systems is highly desirable - Knowledge and understanding of Equities, Fixed Income and Futures ideally - Confidence facing off to Portfolio Managers, Compliance Analysts and Operations - Ability to manage regression tests and UAT phases This is a great opportunity to join a leading global organisation on an initial 6 month contract.
