Scope
To document suitable processes and manage product development and marketing projects from idea to launch.

Key Accountabilities
1) To develop and document best practise project management to support the Human Nutrition team.
2) To manage product development projects.
3) Work with all stakeholders to create project plans, Gantt charts, budget and the commercial case for projects.
4) Run project management meetings, updating plans and stakeholders and ensuring project delivery to time plan.

Responsibilities
1) Working with the key stakeholders to develop project proposals including commercial case
2) To facilitate creation of suitable gate documents
3) Chair project team meetings, keeping notes and updating project stakeholders
4) Ensuring that projects deliver to aims
5) Managing project risks
6) Guide and mentor the wider team in good project management practice

Skills & Qualities
At least 10 years experience in managing projects within blue chip companies
Product development and product management experience within the food industry
A background in marketing and brand awareness
Microsoft Project skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
