Project Manager

Assist in defining, implementing, and maintaining business requirements for the new technology platform supporting compensation surveys. Work with the Head of Survey Delivery to facilitate IT changes to drive process re-engineering. Will also assist with the responsibilities for managing the system requirements end to end and management of the testing process.

EXTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communication/marketing approach and materials
- Training (WebEx, etc.)
- Commercial aspects of Fusion, ie, pricing model (basic vs premium)
- Client requirements (on-site visits, RM feedback to understand how clients use the data)
- Direct sales through RMs (eg, premium reporting)

INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understand business requirements and work with technology to implement
- Work with the Director and Head of Survey Delivery to facilitate IT changes to drive process re-engineering
- Overall client results/experience
- Editing/validation improvements
- Manage priorities - what gets changed/not changed, and when
- Manage system requirements end to end
- Overall client results/experience
- Ensure testing is done and resources are available

SKILLS:

This role requires an understanding of business requirements and ability to work with technology to implement them. Candidate should have significant (7+ years) project management experience on a major technology platform. Experience at an Information Technology firm is most helpful.
