Project Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

- Extensive knowledge & expertise in the use of Project Management processes and methodologies to implement solutions such as Mortgage platforms (ie Empower .NET, WiPro NetOxygen, EllieMae-Encompass 360, Mortgage Cadence-Orchestrator). Mortgage system implementation a PLUS!
- Ability to assess project scope and propose implementation strategies
- Ability to manage and report on project financials
- Ability to drive requirements definitions, JAD sessions, and technical design sessions
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple large projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with all levels of management. Ability to conduct executive briefings and effectively communicate project status and actions needed which may include presenting & explaining technical information to establish rapport, persuade others and gain understanding.
- Knowledge of the software development process (requirements gathering, analysis, design, version control, testing and deployment management). Experience with tools such as PlanView, Primavera and/or other enterprise level project management tools.
