RATE: $40/HR ON W2 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

(What project will the NPW be working on?)

Project scope covers the implementation and validation of IPv6 functionality on elements supporting the mobility voice and data networks, in anticipation of IPv4 address exhaust. Candidate may support other projects related to the roll out of new services in the mobility network as bandwidth allows.

STANDARD RATE CARD TOOL:

Responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management
Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve newand/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers
Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors
Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget
Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis
Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables
Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
Preferred Masters of Science or Masters of Business or equivalent experience
Typically requires 8-10 years experience
Proven large complex project management experience
IT Cost Management/Project Management CM/PM tool experience
Some assignments may require previous Telco experience
PMP Certification desired

ROLE SPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION:
PLEASE NOTE:
Candidates submitted to this position are REQUIRED to have 5+yrs experience in Program Mgmt of wireless telecommunication infrastructure (core and/or cell sites) or related disciplines As well as Project Mgmt LTE roll outs.

Experience with IP-based systems and routing viewed as a plus.
Candidate will manage work efforts related to implementation of new data elements in support of enabling IPv6 functionality to specific elements in the AT&T mobility network in anticipation of IPv4 exhaust dates.

Candidate may also support the deployment of other elements related to the introduction of new services offerings in the marketplace, focused on national data core elements/nodes.
Candidate will be responsible for leading project initiation, architecture development, lab testing, field testing, and implementation required to supports launch commitments.

Candidate will direct work efforts of engineers, architects, operations, and other technical players in support of project goals and objectives.
Candidate will host team meetings to review work items and collect status from project team. Candidate will be responsible to report regular status to stakeholders and manage escalations as required.
