DESCRIPTION:
Must have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Must communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a variety of audience types using different mechanisms including informal updates, formal presentations, business case documents, and other analytical and technical documents
Must be experienced in gathering and documenting business requirements for automated systems
Must have the ability to plan, organize, facilitate and lead a project or initiative.

PMP CERTIFICATION, CANDIDATES MUST BE PMP CERTIFIED. (NO EXCEPTIONS.)
KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (PMI) PROJECT MANAGEMENT BODY OF KNOWLEDGE (PMBOK)
HAS THE ABILITY TO INTERACT SUCCESSFULLY WITH IT TECHNICAL AND MANAGEMENT STAFF

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Desired qualifications for this engagement include:
Experience with pension and actuarial systems
Can demonstrate prior operational and technical assessment experience relevant to complex calculations and report generation.
Project Management (across all phases)
Provide day-to-day project Management to include monitoring and facilitating progress, managing project resources effectively, resolving issues and risks, ensuring product quality, and communicating appropriate information to all stakeholders in a timely manner.
All Project Management will be conducted utilizing CLIENTS' PMO methodology including; Primavera and Enterprise Project Portfolio
Provides effective communication with project teams, project sponsor(s), Steering Committee, and stakeholders to help ensure project success
Prepare and provide PMO standard status reports on a recurring basis to PMO Manager
Must provide Project Team a Deliverable Expectation Document for each deliverable for review, comments, and approval
Provide first level review and approval of project deliverables and ensure customer approves deliverables
Facilitates the analysis, documentation, and approval of changes to scope, schedule, and budget using project change control process
Manage Primavera project schedule
Manage and identify methods to resolve issues effectively and escalate issues that cannot be resolved at lower levels
Manage risks and provide risk mitigation/contingency plans as needed
Must seek approval by Project team and Steering Committee to baseline or re-baseline project schedule.
Submit detailed monthly timesheets with invoices
Establish and maintain project related documents in PMO directory throughout life of project
