Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishes and assembles project teams, and coordinates activities.
- Develops detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, project tracking and analysis.
- Performs economic and other analysis as required to achieve the best least cost.
- Manages access for network of preferred access vendors to ensure that we provide the highest level of service and reliability for our customers.
- Manages and obtains Customer Concurrence through direct and indirect communication with Customers and Account Teams as well as managing critical milestones throughout the project to ensure the best customer experience.
- Performs end-to-end capital actualization process with activities relating to the capital documentation processing.
- Daily interface with PM disseminating project information, monitoring achievement of complete documentation and reaching successful capital actualization of all projects with regard to documentation, finance, PM approvals, and equipment counts.
- Develop and maintain project deliverables under the direction of the Manager, gathering and inputting data into databases and managing all aspects of capital project documentation.

SKILLS

Intermediate Microsoft Office, Telco processes and procedures required. Intermediate Oracle, PMP desired.
