Leads the delivery of a highly complex project(s). Maintains a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.

Minimum education requirement: BA or BS degree in related field or equivalent experience. 

Minimum years of experience required: 7+ years of project management

Top 3-5 daily responsibilities: 
Oversee the overall project effort to develop detailed business requirements associated with the initial elements of modernizing the on-the-Job (occupational health) business processes and technologies 
Work will include: detailing the portal/web functionality associated with work-status reporting for worker's comp cases being handled by client 
Working with IT and other subject matter experts to detail the process and technology requirements for future development 
Work with on-the-Job business line leaders to address risks/issues and develop the future state business processes 
Identify elements of future work (subsequent phases TBD) to address: Billing/collections and Contact Management capabilities 
Work with 3rd party vendors to understand and assess hosted portal options for online access to work status reporting 
Manage overall on-the-Job business case materials including financial information related to costs/benefits 
Status reporting and updates with key stakeholders and sponsors 
Support sponsors in preparing for presentations to governance/approval bodies (HP PAC and/or CaHPS) 

Desired skills: PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable
