Candidate is required to have experience with health care or Insurance. 

Assist with leading the delivery of a highly complex projects; Claims Optimization, National Cost Estimation or other programs, with multiple work streams from a tactical focus. Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of the project components to applicable parties. Work with a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. 

Individual must have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills and excellent analytical skills. Require interfacing with all organizational levels. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. Must be able to demonstrate team building relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. 

Develops, monitors, and controls full scale integrated Project Plan(s) by track, region, including: 
Project management related functions (but are not limited to) maintaining high-level project charter, plan and schedule integrated project timelines, work plans, milestones document, risk & issues log (RAID), status dashboards/reports, documenting workflow processes, RACI Matrix, etc. 
o Constantly monitors and reports on progress/status of the project(s) to all teams 
o Develops reports defining project progress 
o Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools 
o Manages and tracks action items 
o Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs 
o Performs project evaluations and assessment of results 
Schedules and participates in National and Regional Meetings and Training. Also, assists with facilitation and documentation of meetings. 
Defines project tasks and resource requirements 
Assists with assembling and coordinating project staff, management of project budget and project resource allocation. 
Provides support to project team, including quality assurance, travel coordination, and performs day to day tasks under direction and supervision of Business Initiation Lead 
Performs other assignments as needed 
Resource will provide a high-level of service plus minimum 7+ years of general management, consulting, or project management experience. Knowledge and usage of project management tools and disciples (eg Excel, Word, Visio, MS Projects). Healthcare Revenue Cycle and/or IT process management experience highly desired but not required. Ideal candidate will be physically located in San Francisco Bay area. 

Will be working on 3 major projects - 2 of which they will be assisting on and one where they will be the lead 
Need to be well versed in process management and be able to interface with IT departments 
People with IT experience are desirable (but not mandatory), they would also like to see people with prior KP experience if possible 

This is a replacement req and the manager is very eager to get interviewing and have this person start.
