Project Manager

My client a large multinational has an immediate contract for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join their customer service and support networks Team. Your role will outline and support the CSS strategic plan, and deployment of Telecoms infrastructure, especially IVR applications. This is a twelve month contract role and possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive, manage and implement Change procedures
- Manage and act as the contact point for all stakeholders
- Implementing and testing on all new features and developments as needed
- May require max 5 % of travelling across EMEA/in-country travelling

Experience and Requirements:

- Previously worked in a fast paced environment
- Strong managerial, evaluation and communication skills
- Background on Telecom network architecture (IVR design)
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
- Experience of two + years in international Project Management/Telecoms
- Experience within support/Customer Care
