Project Manager

- Commencement date 1st July 2013
- Parramatta location
- INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT

This interesting role will require a combination of PROJECT MANAGEMENT and SERVICE DELIVERY skills with a high focus on CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

It is a challenging role that has two key deliverables:

- Project management for the successfully delivery of projects within the Project Portfolio
- Manage Technical Service Delivery in support to day-to-day support operations.

Skills and Experience needed:

- At least 10 years experience in managing large programs with deep software configuration and delivery expertise. Broad Project Management background involving hands on approach.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and certifications.
- Proven management experience in bespoke software development across complex environments.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, MSP, COBIT AND AGILE METHODOLOGIES.
- A deep understanding of contemporary trends in Case Management/BPM application implementations. MS DYNAMICS experience would be advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
- Knowledge of the procurement processes required for acquiring IT services and systems within the NSW state government.
- Sound knowledge of the product development life cycle process, inclusive of people technology and meeting structure with full accountability for outcomes.
- Experience in the management of Technical Service Support within an ITIL framework.
- High level interpersonal and team management skills for establishing good working relationships with fellow IT colleagues, the business and other stakeholders.
