GREAT PM OPPORTUNITY - GLOBALLY RESPECTED COMPANY
The Project Managers' role is to handle all administrative work needed to organize and maintain a specific client project to optimize desktop systems, part of the Operational Excellence Program. This role is also responsible to work with the relevant stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are defined, agreed and delivered on-time and within budget. This role must have extensive institutional knowledge that can be leveraged to achieve goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Flush out final project requirements and gain agreement from all relevant parties
- Develop and maintain detailed project plan - enforcing timelines for milestones
- Prepare and present status reports for Senior Management
- Collaborate to synchronize budgeting for resources
- Raise required RFS for infrastructure purchase and implementation
- Productionise Servers; Implement, Test and document DR Solution
- Create and update Implementation Services SharePoint site
- Create KeyOps Document; implement and execute Communication Plan
- Integration of KeyOps with Engineering Solutions Document
- Create Procedural Documentation for target audiences (Service Desk personnel, Software Distribution teams, Security and Patch Mgmt, IT Security)
- Create Knowledge Base Articles using client standards
- Plan and coordinate UAT deployments of both Tanium Client and MC7
- Plan and coordinate PROD deployments of both Tanium Client and MC7
- Prepare and coordinate Training sessions
- Coordinate Licensing handover and budget reallocation
- Ensure IT Security and dbCert Deliverables are met
