Project Manager

This role is to administer and manage the Data Collaboration Service (TeamBinder) which includes coordinating complete system integration across all relevant projects; and ensuring TeamBinder and all associated business processes are efficiently and effectively developed and managed, and driving consistency of document collaboration processes across projects.

The successful candidate will have the following:

- Experience in managing an online software as a service system ideally in the transport and/or infrastructure environment
- Experience in an organisational change project and in improving organisational compliance and behaviour in systems usage and up-take
- Ability to rapidly understand the system technology to become the subject matter expert. (various)
- Experience in developing and documenting business processes in a complex organisation
- Ability to show initiative in the implementation and continuous improvement of the system
- Ability to deliver quality operational and business outcomes in support of the operating environment consistent with the strategic direction of the organisation.
- Highly proficient in the use of the MS Office Suite
- Experience working in contractual environments with vendors and/or external user organisations
- Experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and good consultation and relationship management skills
- Experience working with users external to the organisation
- Experience in working with ICT Applications Support team members to improve user support and general system administration
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
- Strategic analytical, thinking and problem solving skills.

The contract will be 3 months initially, with a possibly further extension bringing the contract to 12 months.
