Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a contract Project Manager for our leading Financial Services client based on the South Coast.

This role is positioned within a specialist Business Change team that has undergone a period of growth and remains a key business area to our client moving forwards.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong financial systems background (ideally banking) who can deliver end-to-end projects that meet our client's goals through systems / process change.

Responsibilities will be:

* Management of a number of high, medium and low projects and programmes from inception to delivery to time, cost, quality and scope
* Deliver benefits (revenue gains, cost savings, compliance) in line with the business case
* Work alongside Senior Management to define their future change agenda, identifying new initiatives to improve the customer/business experience.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead project from inception to delivery, including:
* Accountability for ensuring that project outcomes are achieved and completed to time, cost and quality
* Accountability for ensuring project remains on track to deliver benefits
* Accountability for meeting outbound dependencies
* Potentially manage project delivery across different countries, managing relationships and progress remotely
* Confidently manage technically or legally complicated projects and resolve complex issues
* Develop relationships with Senior Stakeholders across the business, technology office and client areas to shape change projects within their departments
* Work with Senior Stakeholders to identify new initiatives to enhance their business experience.
