Project Manager

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a well rounded PROJECT MANAGER who has experience in Healthcare and Research environment to join our client in Miami, FL. This is a seven to eight (7-8) month long assignment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes goals to meet objectives.
- Establishes group standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation
- Provides guidance to staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies. Work is reviewed and measure based on meeting objectives and schedules.
- Establishes and recommends changes to policy which affect group staff.
- Responsible for hiring/firing/disciplinary decisions affecting employees.
- Recommends or terminates external resources (contractors).
- Ensures that staff skills are maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations.
- Monitors operating or project budget.
- Manages relationships with vendors, consultants, contractors, and professional associations to keep informed with existing and evolving industry standards and technologies.
- Develops departmental and or project tactical planning processes.
- Communicates project status, issues to high level management, users and staff.
- Adheres to policies and procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Looking for Project Manager with five (5) plus years experience managing large projects.
- Directing multiple projects
- Experience with Project/Program design, management, and accountability for entire project.
- Experience being accountable for budget management, resource coordination and issue resolution for multiple projects
- Experience with collaborating with core project team members to estimate project levels and effort and resource requirements
- Strong Budget & Asset Management.
- Experience in highly regulated environment (FDA).
