TOP REQUIREMENTS:
PMP
HEALTH PLAN EXPERIENCE WORKING IN CLAIMS OR EDI ROLES
STRONG PM FOUNDATION IN SCHEDULING, PLANNING, FORECASTING ETC.

MUST-HAVE/BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree and PMP accreditation
7-10 years in IT including experience leading IT development and implementation of highly complex, large scale Projects in a highly matrixed environment
3-5 years experience in the Health Plan domain managing projects in the Claims and/or EDI domains
Demonstrated success in managing large program budget, forecasting, and program funding documentation.
7-10 years experience creating integrated business and IT project plans, key milestones, dependencies, critical paths, resource plans, resource loading, risk management plans, program management including change and quality control.
Experience in directing project teams consisting of Solutions Consultants, Program Analysts/Developers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Infrastructure Engineers/Consultants, Quality Assurance Resources, Vendors, etc.
Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope and establish objectives for assigned projects
Strong Leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Strong information technology technical background

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MBA or MS a plus.
Knowledge of HIPAA EDI standards and Claims applications architecture and workflow.
