A leading retail bank is seeking a Project Manager with financial services experience. The ideal candidate must have strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident way. Our client will only consider people that have the following skills/experience: Understanding of business banking operational processes (eg Credit Operation, Fraud). Understanding of business processes in relationship with telephony technology. Understanding of IVR technologies. Understanding of dialler technologies. The role involves Business and IT but please note it is not an IT role.
