We have a ground up opportunity for a Project Manager based in our Sydney office and at our client sites (as required). This role will include the co-establishment of a PMO in our business which will form the foundation for all future work.

Requirements

You will be a customer focussed project manager with good working knowledge of working with vendors and managing customer expectations. Primarily you are a business PM that has a solid understanding of technology and how it works in large scale ent e rprises.
Methodologies in your skillset will include PMBok, Prince2 and Agile, with ITIL being highly regarded.

The role requires excellent Business Analyst skills that are supported by good Project Management and Data Analyst capabilities. You will also have;

* Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
* A proven track record of successful project implementation in an entrepreneurial environment.
* Results orientated with good communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between.
* A good working knowledge of MS Project and Portfolio Management tools
* Have worked in large and small consulting firms previously very highly recommended
* The ability to foster motivation within the project team to meet tight deadlines.
* The ability to have a strong impact and influence key decisions.

The successful PM will come fr o m a BA background with good exposure to implementations and UAT. You have worked in a PMO. You are able to articulate a business problem and translate this into the written word. Your 3rd party vendor experience and change management understanding will be supportedby a strong project delivery background.
