Position Description: Activities include developing and implementing standardized Agile policies, procedures, and templates and coordinating Agile project delivery across multiple teams. Developing and implementing a dashboard with key analytics relative to Agile project delivery and analyze resource allocation across an organization. Communicating to all levels of management. Must have success in implementing Scrum and Agile best practices in an organization. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. Experience Level: 6-10 Years. Skill Set: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Provides team leadership and leads the team to ownership. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines.  Experience Level: BA or BS required, PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable; Scrum Master Certification highly desirable plus minimum 7+ years of direct relevant experience.
