Project Manager

This role with a multi-national software company entails working closely with global and regional teams to drive customer focus and process improvement by engaging with key stakeholders, validating requests, researching outstanding items, managing SLAs and report management. The role will primarily focus on the Channel Incentive space and involve query management handling as well as coordination and management of the partner fee payment cycle.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Approx. 4-5 years relevant experience in a multi-national organisation.
* Enthusiasm for learning about new products and programs
* Proactive, with the ability to identify and drive process improvements
* Collaborative, with the ability to work across multiple teams
* Project Management Experience
* Solid organisational skills and analytical abilities with both numeric and written data
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and management.
* Ability to maintain professionalism at all times, make decisions and work with minimal supervision
* Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritise tasks
* Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelines
